Joining WOUFT is easy!
All full-time faculty and all adjunct faculty over 0.5 FTE are eligible. You will be joining a union of over 125 WOU faculty members, and can receive many benefits from the AFT, as well as participate in elections and decisions made on your behalf at WOU.
